About Line upon Line

A free, colorful Block Blast-style block puzzle where every piece you place and every line you clear fills your progress toward a scripture. Drag blocks onto the 8x8 grid, clear rows and columns, chain combos for big scores, and unlock all 96 seminary Doctrinal Mastery passages from the Old and New Testaments, the Book of Mormon, and the Doctrine and Covenants and Church History, line upon line.

How to play

• Drag the three pieces from the tray onto the 8x8 board. Once all three are placed, you get three more.
• Fill a whole row or column to clear it. Every piece you place fills the scripture bar above the board a little, and every cleared line fills it a lot.
• Score for every block placed and every line cleared, with more for clearing several lines at once and for combos of clears in a row.
• Fill the bar to finish the level and read the verse. Then drag the three missing words back into place: the first try scores the most.
• Get all three right on the first try to choose a power-up: New Pieces, Rotate, Hammer, or Bomb (clears a 3x3 square).
• If no piece fits, use a power-up to make room. With none left, the game ends: play again from the same verse with your score back at 0.
